The Blueprint Ministries Organization (TBMO) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and was founded by Sade R. Cabell, MSW, LISW in July of 2021. TBMO has a grassroots approach by going out into the community and helping to meet the needs of the people and other like-minded organizations in the community. Sade has been working with adolescents in the mental health and school setting since 2014. She then began her Social Work career in 2020. Sade has a passion for increasing social justice and well-being for underprivileged and underserved individuals. She is also diligent in working to remove systematic barriers for minority and at-risk populations.

Brandy has been a dedicated healthcare professional since 2010, serving patients of all ages with compassion and expertise. With a strong background in business, she also brings a strategic approach to her work in our nonprofit, ensuring we operate efficiently and effectively. In addition to her other roles, Brandy contributes her skills in finance to support our mission and maximize our impact. Outside of her professional life, Brandy is a proud mother, balancing her career and family with grace.

Anna Metz, MSW, LISW
Administrative Assistant
Anna has been working with children in a behavioral health setting since 2013, and started her Social Work career in 2016. Anna has a passion for increasing access to mental health and community resources and working against systematic barriers.
